Included in PFN’s Management Service is our 24 hour Concierge Service. Our team is on-call and ready to handle requests such as making hotel reservations, arranging ground transportation and catering. All flights are monitored from start to finish so that any changes such as destination or departure times or last minute requirements can be handled quickly and efficiently.

PFN’s Accounting Department provides detailed invoices for all flights scheduled on your aircraft. You will receive monthly statements that list itemized expenses and reimbursements for each trip. The statement will include a flight summary page (details of the trip) and a breakdown of costs such as crew, ground fees, catering, flight phone, etc.

PFN’s Fleet Maintenance Managers will track your aircraft to ensure that all scheduled maintenance is complied with and meets all FAA regulations. The maintenance status of your aircraft is reviewed periodically at meetings between Operations and Maintenance to coordinate down times.

Crew/flight scheduling and Dispatch

PFN’s Flight Scheduling and Dispatch Department generates all flights scheduled on your aircraft. They work together with the crew to pre-plan flights, check weather and obtain other important details that may affect the flight. They are also responsible for locating the appropriate FBO’s for the best fuel prices, assisting with flight preparation, briefing the flight crew and providing flight following service.

If you own an airplane and would like to keep your existing crew, we will do our best to accommodate provided the crew meets our minimum standards. If crew is needed, we will carefully screen qualified individuals from our vast network and present a few candidates for your final approval. This will save you time and give you the peace of mind by knowing any candidate you meet with are fully qualified and meet our high safety standards.
